C11440-10C (ORCA-Flash2.8)

ORCA-Flash2.8 is an advanced CMOS device that finally realizes the multiple benefits of high resolution, high readout speed, and low noise all at once.
If you’re using a standard CCD camera, it’s time to step up to the newest camera technology, the ORCA-Flash2.8. Compared to standard interline CCD chips (typical ICX285 or ER-150 chip), the ORCA-Flash2.8’s FL-280 CMOS chip offers 2X the pixels, 4X the speed, and 1/2 the noise—all at a lower price. The ORCA-Flash2.8 has 2.8 megapixels, about twice the resolution of standard 1.3-megapixel cameras. In addition, it is capable of 45 fps readout at full resolution and up to 1,273 fps for a small region of interest. This fast frame rate comes with very low noise (3 electrons rms).
The ORCA-Flash2.8 is suitable for various applications including brightfield imaging, low-light fluorescence imaging, and high-speed imaging. For brightfield applications, this camera offers excellent dynamic range and high resolution. For fluorescence and NIR DIC applications, it has sensitivity combined with speed and dynamic range. The camera’s frame rate is ideal for high-speed imaging such as in-vivo imaging, patch clamping, and other dynamic biological events.

C10600-10B (ORCA-R2)

A high resolution, low noise, cooled digital CCD camera with wide dynamic range and great sensitivity from UV to NIR.
The C10600-10B (ORCA-R2) offers high-quality imaging over a wide spectral range, with especially high sensitivity in the visible and near-infrared regions. Its CCD sensor is encased in a maintenance-free, hermetic vacuum-sealed chamber which ensures efficient camera cooling by either air or water. Thanks to this cooling structure and an advanced external circuit design, the C10600-10B also provides rapid readout with minimal noise. In normal scan mode, readout is 8.5 frames per second at full spatial resolution. In fast scan mode, frame rates range from 16.2 to 115.1 frames per second at varying levels of resolution.
C114-10B25 (ORCA-D2)

Capture dual wavelength or multi-focal plane images simultaneously with full field of view and your choice of wavelengths.
The ORCA-D2 allows you to capture dual wavelength or multi-focal plane images simultaneously, at wavelengths of your choice and with afull field of view in each- a unique combination that simplifies the challenges of conventional FRET and ratio imaging techniques.
During image capture, the camera automatically adjusts X axis, Y axis, Z axis and rotation to provide high high registration dual wavelength or multi-focal plane images.
C9100-14 (ImageM-1K) ImagEM-1K (Back-Thinned Electron Multiplier CCD Camera)

Cooled CCD with a resolution of 512 x 512 pixels for long integration or real time imaging featuring high sensitivity, high stability, and low noise.
The ImagEM-1K is a brand new member of the C9100 camera series. Combining our decades of experience with high vacuum technology and all the latest advances in CCD circuit design this new camera offers application independent imaging. From the very brightest high dynamic range applications to single photon imaging over long integrations, this camera provides images with the very best signal to noise ratios. The key to this versatility is the E2V CCD97 CCD and Hamamatsu creative engineering. New methods for driving this well known CCD offer special modes of operation for fast, low noise operation and special patent pending synchronization with spinning disk confocal and multi-point confocal microscopes.
With both on-chip multiplication and normal CCD readout amplifiers, a choice of readout speeds is included to match the signal to noise requirements of the application. New on-board signal processing features provide a choice of real time frame averaging, background subtraction with offset and shading correction. Unmatched cooling and cooling stability provided the very best in quantitative data collection even at high frame rates.
And now the new Imag EM-1K offers a high resolution format of 1024 x 1024 pixels and 13 µm pixels for high N.A. imaging.
