Leeds Forensic Systems, Inc., a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of forensic comparison microscopes and forensic imaging systems, announces that it has sold over 750 forensic systems.
Leeds forensic products include firearms and tool marks comparison microscopes, including the Discovery, Discovery-Z, LCF3, LCF-Toolmarks, LCF2, and trace evidence comparison microscopes, including the Trace-Z and the LCT. In addition, Leeds designs, manufactures, and distributes imaging systems, including the LSV2 spectral vision system, a multi-wavelength imaging tool used to view, capture, and document bodily fluids, victim bruising, trace evidence, and explosives, and the N-IRC, a near-infrared imaging system used to highlight gunshot residue on forensic evidence.
Leeds comparison microscopes and imaging systems have been sold to the FBI, ATF, TEDAC, US Postal Service, and US Army, California DOJ, Texas DPS, FDLE, DC Dept of Forensic Sciences, NYPD, as well as to forensic laboratories in 49 US states. In addition, Leeds forensic systems have been sold to over 50 laboratories in over 22 countries around the world.
