With this solicitation, the Bureau of Justice Assistance seeks applications for funding to improve forensic science and medical examiner/coroner services, including services provided by forensic science laboratories operated by states and units of local government.
Under the Coverdell Program, State Administering Agencies may apply for both formula and competitive funds. Units of local government may apply for competitive funds.
